All Topcon reseller products come with a parts and labour warranty. Aptella will correct, free of charge, any defects in material or workmanship, subject to the terms of our Guarantee.

Purchasing from an Authorised Australian Reseller
For customers in Australia, Topcon strongly recommends purchase of a Topcon laser from an Authorised Australian Reseller. Topcon cautions all customers not to expect a laser purchased outside Australia or from unauthorised distributors to be covered under warranty by an Australian reseller. No Topcon reseller is obligated to service a Topcon laser under warranty if purchased outside their own country.
Servicing your Topcon laser
Topcon recommends that customers get a 12 month service and calibration for Topcon lasers to ensure that the instrument is working at optimal accuracy.

Warranty
Topcon offers a five-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for new laser tools and auto levels. For Topcon theodolites, warranty is two years from date of purchase and one year from date of purchase for machine-mount receivers and
handheld receivers. Warranty is valid from date of sale to the original end user.
Topcon offers a one-year warranty on handheld receivers, remote control, rechargeable batteries, battery chargers and holder/brackets.
Warranty does not cover damage from the tool being dropped or abused. See the operating manual for additional terms & conditions. Please ensure you keep a copy of your receipt and / or proof of purchase to assist with any warranty claims.
