Online Warranty Registration and Claims
All Topcon reseller products come with a parts and labour warranty. Position Partners will correct, free of charge, any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years, subject to the terms of our Guarantee.
Details on our warranty can be found in a separate “Guarantee document”, which is supplied with every product. Registering your product will enable us to contact you in the unlikely event that a safety modification is issued. To register your new product, fill in the online warranty registration form. Otherwise if you require a repair under your current warranty, fill in the online warranty claim form.
